PLACING ORDERS

All orders placed are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Free Hand Designer Australia prior to an official purchase being made.

To protect your details, we use 128-bit shared SSL security. However, while we make all reasonable efforts to ensure the integrity and security of the server, we cannot guarantee the server will be free from unauthorised use or hacking.

PRICING

All pricing is subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Free Hand Designer Australia reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

PAYMENT

PAYPAL – Secure checkout through PayPal, whereby payment can be executed using your PayPal account or any major credit card.

DIRECT DEPOSIT – You have the option of direct depositing funds into our account – please note funds MUST CLEAR before goods are released.

FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD USAGE

We have no means of determining a card-holder’s authenticity at any stage during the order process, therefore Free Hand Designer Australia shall not be held liable or in any way responsible for fraudulent credit-card usage on our website resulting in the subsequent payment and delivery of products. Nor will we be liable for refund of monies, in part or full, should a purchase be made by persons illegally.

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST) AND OTHER GOVERNMENT DUTIES

A Goods and Services Tax of 10% applies to all products within our cart for orders shipped to an Australian address and will be automatically added when your order is processed. International sales are not liable for GST. However, please note that some countries may impose customs duty or taxes on imported goods. Such charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your local customs agency for further information.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer a $10 Flat Rate shipping charge for all Australian Orders *excludes bulk orders – please contact us directly at info@free-hand.com.au for a shipping quote.

We offer free shipping on all orders over AUD$100.

We offer a $20 Flat Rate shipping charge on international orders for countries we ship to.

Should you require international shipping, please contact us and we will put you in touch with a point of contact in your region.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES and REFUNDS

Please note that Free Hand Designer Australia only permits the return of UNOPENED/UNUSED products due to OUR shipping or order processing error and that all other sales are final.

Before returning any Product subject to the clause above, you must contact us either via telephone on 0449 795 495 between 9.00am and 5.30pm (EST) Monday to Friday – excluding public holidays OR via email info@free-hand.com.au to make arrangements for return of the Product. You must return the Product in its original packaging. We will then refund the price paid for the Product/s you have returned upon receipt of product by Free Hand Designer Australia.
